Every complaint received shall be forwarded to the Internal Committee formed under the policy for redressal. The investigation shall be carried out by Internal Committee constituted for this purpose. The committee has been constituted by an order of internal complaint committee under sexual harassment at workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 preferably headed by a woman member of the organisation.

Reporting Mechanisms: Providing multiple channels for reporting incidents of sexual harassment, including designated HR personnel, or other confidential avenues.

Confidentiality and Non-Retaliation: Assuring confidentiality to individuals who report incidents of sexual harassment and prohibiting retaliation against them for bringing forward their concerns.

Investigation and Resolution Process: Outlining the procedure for promptly and impartially investigating complaints of sexual harassment and taking appropriate disciplinary action against perpetrators.

Awareness and Training: Conducting regular awareness programs and training sessions to educate employees about their rights and responsibilities under the policy and to foster a culture of respect and dignity.
