Grievance Redressal
Grievance Redressal is a critical aspect of our commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence. At IESC, we have established a robust grievance redressal mechanism to address any concerns or complaints our customers may have effectively.
The customers have the following ways to register their complaints / queries / enquiries:
- Call Centre – The customer can call at customer support at 9522202800 between 10:00 am to 6:00 pm from Monday to Friday (Except Public Holidays).

The customer will receive a response from the team within 30 business days but there would be instances wherein the team may even take longer respond.
- The company will ensure that all advertising and promotional material is clear. This code will apply to the extent applicable to company employees / representatives of the company in dealing with customers.
- In the event of any complaint being received from the customer that the company employee /representative has committed any inappropriate conduct or has violated this code, appropriate steps will be taken to investigate and handle the complaint.
